On their website, Good Housekeeping has a resource under the Diet & Health section called "Virtual Weight-Loss Makeover." This tool will show you how your weight loss will look on you.

This resource allows you to use either the default avatar or to upload a picture of yourself for a more realistic version of virtual results. From there, you enter your current height and weight. Using the sliding adjuster, you then specify your desired weight loss goal to see what your new body could look like. Keep in mind that you may not know exactly how weight loss will look on you until you actually lose the weight.
