Why would someone need to hard reset a ZTE phone?
By Forinfos - 25/03/2025 - 0 comments
Users typically perform a hard reset on their ZTE phones to remove personal information before selling the phone and to restore the phone to factory setting after certain software or files become corrupted. Performing a hard reset also helps undo unwanted changes to the settings and remove broken apps.
A hard reset completely removes the personal information from a ZTE phone, so backing up files before performing the process is recommended. On the ZTE Flash model, users can complete the process by accessing the Recovery Mode menu and selecting the Wipe Data or Factory Reset option. Alternatively, they can select the Factory Data Reset option from the Backup & Reset section in the Settings menu.
