How do you write a P.S. in a letter?
By Forinfos - 16/01/2026 - 0 comments
A P.S. is always the very last entry in a letter. P.S. stands for postscript, and it is an afterthought related to an idea already mentioned in the letter or something completely separate.
- Sign the letter
At the end of the letter, sign your name.
- Enter the P.S.
Directly below the signature, enter the letters P.S. Then, write the additional information.
- Keep the postscript short
A P.S. should only be a sentence or two. Anything longer should be in the body of the letter. If there is a lot of new information to be added, it is best to create a new paragraph incorporating the postscript text.
