What are zero-point foods?
By Forinfos - 13/06/2025 - 0 comments
Zero-point foods are foods that do not count against the daily PointsPlus Value on the Weight Watchers Program. These are typically fruits and vegetables that are high in fiber and water and have a relatively low calorie count per serving, although some processed foods fall in this category.
The PointsPlus System encourages program followers to eat more fruits and vegetables, as they do not typically count against the daily PointsPlus value. However, some vegetables, like corn and sweet peas, still carry a PointsPlus value. According to the Weight Watchers System, members should limit their number of zero-point foods to five a day.
