What is a macro virus?
- By Forinfos

Macro viruses commonly infect computers by replacing normal macros, or command keys, with the virus. Replacing the regular commands with the same name and running when the infected command is selected, the macro is opened without the user knowing. When a macro virus is triggered, it will begin to embed itself in other current and future-created documents and templates.
How are sounds made?

The movement of these air molecules creates a series of compressions and expansions that make up the sound waves. Sound waves travel in straight lines similar to light. But also in the same manner as light, sound can be affected by reflection, deflection of the path of a wave by a boundary, refraction and bending and scattering, when the path of the wave is broken. An easy test to see how sound waves are created is performed by placing one's index and middle fingers on the middle of the neck. The person should vary the way he says words in terms of volume. The vocal cords are vibrating as..
What types of intermolecular forces exist in CH4 molecules?

Methane's atoms are covalently bonded, meaning that the electrons from each atom of the molecule are shared throughout the molecule. This sharing is not always equal, and sometimes electrons wind up being collected on one side of the molecule, creating an overall negative charge on that side, and an overall positive charge on the opposite side. This is called a dipole moment. The unequal distribution of electrons temporarily makes the molecule attract other molecules.\nThe various kinds of van der Waals attractions are named according to whether the molecules mutually and spontaneously cr..
How do you convert an acre measurement to feet?

Although an acre is equivalent to 43,560 square feet, it can have different shapes, including a triangle, square, rectangle or circle. If the acre is shaped like a square, the formula for the area (A) of a square is equal to side (s) squared or A= s^2, Since the area is equal to 43,560 square feet, then the length of each side (s) is found by taking the square root of 43,560 square feet, which is approximately 208.71 feet. So an square acre is 208.71 feet by 208.71 feet. For an acre that has a rectangular shape, the area formula is given as length multiplied by the width. Since the area is 43,5..
What is a combined pulley?

As is the case with other types of pulleys, a combined pulley is used to change the direction of force so that lifting is made easier. Whereas a fixed pulley does not, movable pulleys move with the load being moved. When movable and fixed pulleys are combined to form a combined pulley, the effort needed to pull or lift a load is less than half the weight of the load.
What is the oxidation number of CO?

Because carbon monoxide is a neutral molecule, the oxidation state of carbon must be +2. The oxidation state of an atom refers to processes involving a loss of electrons, so the oxidation number on an ion is the hypothetical charge that an ion would have in a compound that consists entirely of ionic bonds.
Do porcupine quills grow back?

Porcupine quills are similar to human hair in several ways, including the fact that they often shed. However, the animal may also lose the quills in an attack. A porcupine's quills typically sit flat until the animal is threatened. Although the porcupine cannot shoot its quills, the quills come unattached quite easily when they are touched. Whether the animal sheds its quills or loses them in an effort to ward off predators, new successor quills begin to regrow within a few days. These quills grow quite quickly, usually one millimeter per every few days until they reach their full length.
How do volcanoes form?

Volcanoes begin as vents on the ocean floor or geothermal hot spots on the Earth's surface. Hawaii's volcanic activity is one example of molten rock finding its way to the surface through vents in the ocean floor. Meanwhile, Mount St. Helens is an example of a subduction zone volcano. In both instances, magma has pushed its way up from the mantle and into the upper crust. With vent formations, lava builds up over time, layering on top of itself, and eventually a mountainous formation develops. With subduction zone volcanoes, the mountain forms first, with molten rock pushing up throu..

As seawater migrates through the oceanic crust, it gains heat and reacts with the host rocks, dissolving large quantities of metals such as iron, cobalt, nickel, silver, gold and copper from the crust. The hot seawater, now laden with metals, later comes into contact with cold seawater again, and sulfide and carbonate minerals precipitate to form deposits of metal ores. The copper ore mined from the island of Cyprus is thought to have been deposited in this way.

Prepare the mouthMove the lips and tongue around to prepare. This will loosen parts of the mouth in order to whistle properly. Position yourself in front of a mirror.Tuck in the lipsTuck in both lips over the upper and lower rows of teeth. Place two fingers of your choice over the lower lips and teeth. For instance, you can use an index finger and thumb, or the pinkies. Position the fingersThe outer lips should be minimally visible. Maneuver the fingers in such a way that the fingernails are angled to the mouth's center. The fingers should pull the lip tightly as well. Place the tongue at..
