Is 192.168.0.1 the home address for all routers?

Although 192.168.0.1 is a common default IP address for routers, some manufacturers use different addresses. The address 192.168.1.1 is also common, and some routers default to addresses in the 10.x.x.x range.
The 192.168 IP range is reserved for private use, so many routers use numbers in this range by default. 192.168.0.1 is the first number in this range, so many manufacturers use it. To determine a router's default IP address on a Windows computer, users can run cmd.exe and type in the "ipconfig" command. The IP address after Default Gateway is the router's IP address, and users can enter this number into the address bar of an Internet browser to access and configure the router.
