Is it free to access the Verizon white pages online?

The online version of Verizon white pages is free to use, as of September 2015. Online Verizon directories are available to 12 states within the United States.

States with online Verizon directories include California, Florida, New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts. In order to use the online directories, it is necessary to navigate to the Verizon white pages website and either click on a state with online Verizon directories in the map or select one from the list of states on the right side of the map. The next step is to select an available directory from the directory list. In the pop-up search window, the user enters a last name or business name, and clicks the Search button.
