How does Active 3000 work?

Active 3000 works by using a magnetic conditioning effect to soften water passing through the pipes that it is wrapped around. This magnetic effect is stated to help reduce limescale build-up in the pipe or heating system and can reduce any limescale already present.

Active 3000's magnetic conditioning is able to create its softening effect without the use of chemicals and without removing beneficial minerals found inside the water. Active 3000 fits around any pipes that have a diameter of 22 millimeters or smaller. The Active 3000 system weighs approximately 4.8 ounces and does not require additional costs to operate.
