Who makes Admiral dryers?

As of 2015, Admiral dryers and other appliances carrying the Admiral brand name are manufactured by Maytag, who is in turn owned by Whirlpool Corporation. Maytag Corporation also manufactures other appliance brands, including the Jade Range, Norge, certain major Magic Chef appliances and Atlantis.

Whirlpool states on its website that it is the largest major appliance manufacturer in the world, with an estimate annual revenue level of $20 billion. It also states that, as of 2014, it operates 70 research and manufacturing centers around the world and employs 100,000 employees. Aside from Maytag, Whirlpool Corporation also manufactures appliances under the KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Amana and Jenn-Air brands.
