What is Adobe for Academics?

Adobe for Academics is an online set of tutorials and tools designed to help educators learn the ropes of using Adobe´s software in their curriculum. The Adobe product line has many applications to help streamline presentations, record lectures and provide additional resources to students.

The faculty at some schools use the Adobe Creative Cloud products and an online platform called Adobe Connect to teach parts of their courses online. The service allows for remote access to guest speakers, a central meeting point and storage system for classes and data, and utilizes the rich media formats from Adobe products, as described on the Georgia Southern University´s website.
