The Joint Base Andrews in Maryland is where the two Boeing VC-25A aircrafts used as Air Force One by the President of the United States are stationed. The base was formed in 2009, by joining the Naval Air Facility Washington and the Andrews Air Force Base.

The Joint Base Andrews is home to several units, including 11th Wing, 79 Medical Wing Air Force District of Washington and more. The term Air Force One refers to one of the two planes specifically designed and built for transporting the President of the United States. Air Force One is one of the most recognizable aircraft units in the world.
