Are there tours available of Andrews Air Force Base?

As of 2015, tours of Andrews Air Force Base are offered to local civic organizations, schools and youth groups. Requests to tour the base must be made 60 days prior to the date of the tour.

Tours of Andrews Air Force Base are designed to inform the public about the base’s mission and the U.S. Air Force in general. Tours are free of charge, conducted on Tuesday through Thursday and run from 9 a.m. to approximately 1 p.m. Tours typically include static displays and demonstrations, although specific activities are not guaranteed. Viewing Air Force One is not included in the tour.
