Where was Akiane Kramarik born?

Akiane Kramarik was born in Mt. Morris, Illinois, on July 9, 1994. She is famous for her spiritually-inspired paintings and her poetry. She is considered a child prodigy as she began sketching at age 4, and at age 8, she completed her first 5-foot-long oil painting.

Kramarik became nationally famous after appearing on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" when she was 9. Her painting "Prince of Peace" appeared in the 2014 motion picture "Heaven is for Real." Additionally, she has given interviews on "The View," Fox News, "Good Morning America" and "The Montel Williams Show." In addition to painting and poetry, Kramarik speaks four languages, plays the piano and designs fashion.
