Some alarm clocks that use atomic time are La Crosse Technology's model 617-1270 atomic alarm clock and model 617-1280 atomic alarm clock. AcuRite also makes a seven-inch atomic alarm clock.
Both La Crosse Technology's atomic alarm clocks display 12/24-hour atomic time, date and time zone. It also displays the real-time temperature according to the location. These alarm clocks need two "AAA" alkaline batteries to operate.
The AcuRite atomic alarm clock synchronizes with the time broadcast by WWVB, the radio station of the National Institute of Standards and Technology. It offers second-level accuracy. In addition, this alarm clock switches between Daylight Saving Time automatically.
