Is there an Amish mafia?

It is unlikely that the Amish mafia exists, at least as portrayed on television. In 2012, the Discovery Channel's television show "Amish Mafia" was rumored to be based on the exploits of real-world Lancaster County mafia members. Snopes labeled the allegations false the same year.
While marketed as a reality show, "Amish Mafia" is likely scripted and entirely fictional. In 2014, Governor Tom Corbett of Pennsylvania called the show a false representation of Lancaster County and denied that the Amish mafia exists as portrayed. The show also depicts fictional events, including one member's supposed arrest by the nonexistent Lancaster County Police.
