What is Angelus paint?

Angelus paint is a brand of acrylic leather paint that is designed for use on shoes. The paint is made to not peel, crack or rub off of the shoes.

To use Angelus leather paint, prep the shoe first with a leather preparer, which ensures the paint adheres properly. Paint two coats on the shoes to form a base layer. Let the base layer dry for 15 minutes. Paint three to five thick layers, stopping in between layers to let the paint dry for 15 minutes. After applying the coats, let the paint dry for a few hours. Finish it with an acrylic finisher to protect from scuffing. Let the paint on the shoes dry for a full day before wearing them.
