What is Angelus leather paint?

Angelus leather paint is a specially formulated paint for leather made by the company Angelus. The paint is applied with a sponge or thin brush and left to dry between coats. The paint is flexible, won't crack and comes in a variety of colors.

The paint may be applies with an air brush or spray gun by adding the company's thinner. For a duller finish, the company also makes Angelus Duller to mix in the paint before applying.

The silicone finish of some leather articles may make it difficult for the paint to adhere. Angleus recommends using their preparers and cleaners before attempting to paint them.
