Annette Funicello was an American actress and singer. She first began her career in 1955 at the age of 12 as a Mouseketeer on the Mickey Mouse Club. Funicello was born on Oct. 22, 1942 in Utica, New York. She died on April 8, 2013 in Bakersfield, California at age 70, due to complications related to multiple sclerosis.
