What is an antifungal diet?
By Forinfos - 25/03/2026 - 0 comments
An anti-fungal diet requires eating certain foods that discourage the spreading of fungal infections throughout the body. Such a diet may be recommended for people who suffer from recurrent yeast infections, fibromyalgia or irritable bowel syndrome.
Apple cider vinegar eaten sparingly about 20 minutes before a meal is also said to prevent fungal growth from occurring. Besides eating foods that stop fungal infections, it's also important for people following anti-fungal diets to stop consuming things that may cause fungal problems to thrive. Examples include sugar or artificial sweeteners, white carbohydrates, foods or drinks that contain yeast, coffee, tea and peanuts.
