2. Navigate to the secured personal loan section

Near the top of the screen, hover the cursor over the word Personal. Move it down until the cursor is over Secured Personal Loan and click on the link.

3. Review the information and download the form

Review the information given on the page about secured personal loans. Click on the Download Application link and save the file.

4. Print and fill out the application

Open the downloaded application. Click on the printer icon in the bottom right corner of the screen to print it. Fill out the required information, which includes personal and loan details.
