The Arizona Corporate Commission name search, or business entity search, is an online search portal. This database houses active and retired limited liability companies, corporations, limited partnerships, trade names and trademarks.

Sponsored by the State of Arizona Public Access System, this database is searched by entering any portion of a business name or its unique file number. File numbers are located on written correspondences between the Arizona Corporate Commission Division and the business. Search results yield the registered business name, contact information, scanned documents and owner/manager information. Use this system to check new business name eligibility.
