An army physical test card is a scorecard given to U.S. Army members showing the results from their physical fitness test. The three events tested in the physical fitness test are push-ups, sit-ups and a 2-mile run.
Each event in the physical fitness test is graded based on performance, age and sex. The highest tier in each event is given a score of 100 points in the official report. Commanders sometimes offer incentives or special rewards for those soldiers who perform above the highest tier. Soldiers that cannot take the traditional physical fitness test due to injury are given an alternate aerobic test consisting of a swim test, stationary bicycle test, convention bicycle test and a walking test.
