By Forinfos - 04/11/2025 - 0 comments
Zebras weigh anywhere from 440 to 990 pounds, depending on age, sex and geographic location. They range in height from 3.5 feet to 5 feet tall.
Zebras are herbivores, meaning that they eat only plant life. They are social animals, traveling in groups called herds and spend their time grazing on grass and grooming one another. Even within a large herd, families of zebras stick together.
Zebras live in the African plains and must be on the lookout for dangerous predators, including lions and hyenas. When a zebra is attacked, its family members will quickly come to help defend the victim.
