What are the baggage requirements at Kansas City International Airport?

At Kansas City International Airport, travelers are allowed one carry-on bag and one personal item such as a purse, computer or backpack, as of 2015. Travelers are also allowed to check bags at curbside or at the ticket check-in counter.
