What is a Balinese kitten?

Balinese kittens are young cats of a long-haired cat breed with blue eyes and Siamese coloration. Balinese kittens have long legs, almond-shaped eyes, long bodies and wide ears. The recognized colors of Balinese cats include pointed chocolate, lilac, cream, red, blue, lynx, seal and tortoiseshell.

Balinese kittens grow up to look and act very similar to Siamese cats, with the most major difference being their long coat. These cats are highly intelligent and social. They enjoy playing rigorously and tend to meow often. Both Balinese and Siamese cats bond fiercely with their owners and enjoy prolonged contact, such as petting and cuddling.
