Gutter vacuum accessories, cleaning applicator and cleaning tongs are some basic gutter-cleaning attachments. Gutter flusher and cleaner, and rotary cleaning systems are also used to clean gutters.

The vacuum accessories fit on the end of a leaf blower, and vacuum out dry leaves, twigs and pine needles from the gutter. The cleaning tongs are operated by a rope attached to a metal pole to pick up wet or heavy material stuck inside the gutter. The cleaning applicator comes with a pad that wipes away accumulated grime or dust from gutters.

A gutter flusher and cleaner is an extendable metal pole that attaches to the end of a garden hose to spray away the gutter clogs. The rotary cleaning system is a lightweight pole, either hooked to a garden hose for power washing or a cordless drill to use the brushes.
