Beacon/Morris model BRT garage heaters are built for energy efficiency, with features such as tublar heat exchangers and single-orifice burners. Its model number BRT045N, a 45,000 Btu natural gas garage heater that can be installed in spaces with low clearance, operates at a thermal efficiency of 83 percent.

Beacon/Morris BRT garage heater units feature direct spark ignition for efficiency and 20-gauge steel construction for durability. Safety features include fan guards and overload protection for the 115/1/60-volt fan motor.

BRT unit heaters are certified for use in residential and commercial garages. Each unit carries a 10-year warranty on its flue collector, burner and heat exchanger.
