Where can you find information on how to return items back to Rue La La?

As of May 2015, Rue La La displays its return information on its website on the Returns Your Way page, which is located within the At Your Service section. The page explains how to return items for store credit or refund.

Except in Hawaii and Alaska, customers who return items for merchandise credits do not pay return shipping costs. However, a shopper who wants a refund in the original form of payment does not receive free shipping. In either case, shoppers must return items in their original condition along with packaging materials within 30 days of receiving them. The packing slip included with the shipment identifies the final possible return date.
