What is a demi bra?

A demi, or demi-cup, bra is a style of bra that is designed to enhance the shape of a woman's breasts and increase her cleavage. Demi-cup bras are designed to fit women with figures ranging from petite to average.

This style of bra covers between half and three-quarters of a woman's breast, tilts the breast towards the center of the body and is often referred to as a half-bra. The undergarment industry commonly classifies the demi-cup bra as a bra that covers the breast up to about an inch over the nipple. The demi-cup bra is considered most suitable for low-cut garments.
