What is poly cotton?

Poly cotton is a fabric that consists of cotton and polyester fibers. The most common ratio is a 65-percent cotton and 35-percent polyester blend, but 50/50 blends are used as well. The combination provides the benefits that cotton and polyester offer in one fabric.
