Who in the world has the most tattoos?

According to Guinness World Records, the most tattooed person in the world is Lucky Diamond Rich, a performer born in New Zealand and living in Australia as of 2014. Rich spent over 1,000 hours getting inked, and his tattoos are still in progress.

Rich originally had more traditional colorful tattoos over his body, but he chose to have his skin tattooed with black ink. His entire body is covered with black tattoos, including the insides of his ears, his eyelids, his gums and the skin between his toes. He plans to have white designs tattooed on top of the black ink.
