The main benefit of signing up for the CVS Pharmacy Health Savings Pass is the low, fixed rate on 90-day prescription supplies, according to CVS.com. Members also receive 10 percent savings on MinuteClinic services each visit.
As of 2015, a Health Savings Pass entitles customers - whether they have limited insurance or no coverage at all - to purchase a three-month prescription supply for $11.99, explains CVS.com. Enrollment requires an annual fee and includes access to hundreds of generic prescriptions at more than 7,500 pharmacy locations nationwide. Customers receive MinuteClinic savings on any regularly priced health service or screening, including flu shots.
