The Program for All-inclusive Care for the Elderly benefits include adult daycare, medical care, home care, issuing of prescription drugs, access to specialists and nursing. PACE is a program for senior citizens who are government-certified as having chronic illnesses that require them to have home care and nursing.

The adult daycare offers meals, nursing, therapies, personal care and nutritional counselling. A physician conducts a full medical assessment, and if a senior citizen needs medication, PACE writes a prescription for him. The elderly person also has access to specialists, such as speech therapists, radiologists, dentists, audiologists and optometrists.

To be eligible for PACE, a person must be 55 years or older and within the program's radius of operation. All the medication is free. A person who wants to cancel his PACE enrollment can do so at no charge and can instead enjoy the benefits of Medicaid and Medicare.
