Which is better, Fibersure or Metamucil?

Although Fibersure is actually is actually a product of the Metamucil company, a review by The Diet Naked Blog claims that it is a much more pleasant alternative than classic Metamucil as a daily source of fiber in adults. It claims to be almost completely without taste or texture.

Since 2007, the Metamucil website has rebranded Fibersure to be called "Metamucil Simply Clear." Simply Clear is suggested to be added into any drink or food to add three grams of virtually undetectable fiber per every teaspoon added. The Metamucil company suggests adding it to morning coffee or snack time yogurt, or even sprinkling it over dinner entrées.
