Where are your biceps?

According to WebMD, the biceps muscle is located at the frontal part of the upper arms. This muscle is composed of a "long head" and a "short head," which work together as a single muscle.
WebMD explains that the biceps muscle is connected to the bones of the arms by tendons, which are a kind of connective tissue. These tendons, which attach the biceps to the joints of the shoulders, are referred to as the proximal biceps tendons. The tendons connecting the biceps with the radius and ulna or the bones of the forearm are known as the distal biceps tendons. When the biceps muscle contracts, the forearm is pulled upwards.
