FitPregnancy indicates that at 15 weeks pregnant, a woman's womb is just beginning to grow up and out of her pelvis. The average woman is just beginning to see evidence of a baby bump at this point in her pregnancy.
At this stage in the pregnancy, BabyCenter states that most babies are about 4 to 5 inches long, and their mothers have gained between 5 to 7 pounds. According to FitPregnancy, parts of the baby that are developed include the lips, nose and taste buds. BabyCenter notes that some ultrasounds are able to determine the gender of the baby at this point in a pregnancy as well.
