Platforms for cornhole are 24 inches wide and 48 inches long. The platform bottom rests between 2 1/2 inches and 4 inches from the ground, and the board should incline so the top is 12 inches from the ground. The builder should construct the platform from 1/2 inch plywood.

The cornhole is a 6-inch circle that centers at a point 9 inches from the top of the platform and 12 inches from either side. Cornhole bags are 6-inch squares filled with dried corn or plastic pellets. The plastic pellets are less expensive and exposure to moisture is less likely to destroy the bag.
