Cuba has a tropical climate with distinct dry and rainy seasons. The wettest months are from May to October, while the dry season runs from November to April.
Cuba became an official country in 1902, although this date is not recognized as a national holiday. Cuba's agricultural resources include tobacco, coffee and sugar.
