What do boys wear to homecoming?

Since homecoming is a semi-formal occasion, boys should wear dressier clothing. Most boys opt to wear dress pants and a button-up shirt.

Ties and sports coats are also good choices for homecoming dances. When coordinating with a date, boys should check to find out the color that their date will wear. They can then opt for a tie with that color in it. If the color of the date's dress is unknown, neutral colors, such as black, navy and gray always work well. Boys should wear minimal cologne and other accessories. They should also wear black or brown dress shoes.
