Does everyone have to get Obamacare?

Obamacare requires that everyone must have health insurance; therefore, if a person does not have a health policy they need to sign up for the program. People who fail to get an insurance policy will likely pay a penalty.

Also referred to as the Affordable Care Act, Obamacare was started in 2010. The act also expects companies with more than 50 people working there to offer insurance to their employees by 2015. All insurance found with Obamacare covers different benefits that the government views as "essential." Obamacare intends to be cheaper in order to provide health insurance to all people.
