What are some tips for tracking a package through International EMS?

Customers can track documents and packages sent by International Express Mail Service by going to the EMS website. Once there, they click the Tracking Service option at the top menu bar to go to the tracking page.

On the tracking page, customers have the option to select their preferred language, including English, Spanish, French and Portuguese. In the tracking number text box, enter the 13-digit tracking number and click the Track button. To track multiple items, enter the tracking numbers separated by a comma. Customers who don't know the tracking numbers of their items need to contact the senders. They can also contact their local EMS operators if they have questions about the service.
