Butterball offers the Turkey Talk-Line, a hotline that answers customers' questions about preparing and cooking a turkey to perfection. The Turkey Talk-Line has been available since 1981, and as of June 2015, is only available during the holiday season, from November to December.

Customers can reach Turkey Talk-Line experts by calling 1-800-Butterball. This is the same phone number customers use to contact customer service with other questions or concerns. Experts are available to speak to English and Spanish-speaking customers from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern time on weekdays. Turkey Talk experts are also available through Butterball's online chat feature. Customers can also reach Butterball through mail, email and on social media sites.
