What is BuyCostumes return policy?

According to BuyCostumes' return policy, customers must ship the items they wish to return to the company within 30 days of purchase. BuyCostumes only accepts items that are unopened, in their original packaging and completely intact. All clothing items and shoes must be unworn and unaltered.

BuyCostumes' return policy excludes edible items, helium tanks, personalized merchandise and special order items, including mascot costumes. Pet costumes and any items that are meant to have contact with the face, feet, hair or private parts cannot be returned but can be exchanged if they are unused.

Customers who return five or more of the same item must pay a 15-percent restocking fee.
