The winner of the 2015 Caldecott Medal is "The Adventures of Beekle: The Unimaginary Friend" by Dan Santat, and the winner of the 2014 Caldecott Medal is "Locomotive" by Brian Floca. The Caldecott Medal goes to the most distinguished American picture book for children.
