Can you access your chart with DuPage Medical Group online?

A person needs to have an active account to view their medical information via the DuPage Medical Group website. One needs an activation code to activate their online MyChart page.

The online system can be used to access test results as soon as they are available. This eliminates long waiting periods. The MyChart system also allows patients to communicate with their doctors, manage their appointments, and request refills easily. Patients who have not yet activated their MyChart accounts can request the activation code. There is also an Android app that patients can use to access their charts on the go.
