Molina Healthcare uses MyChart to offer patients secure, online access to their personal medical charts and test results. Patients can also request medication refills, request and manage appointments and message providers and clinical staff at any time of the day or night with MyChart.

Set up a Molina Healthcare MyChart account by clicking on the Sign Up Now icon and using the MyChart access code listed on the after visit summary from a recent clinic visit. Molina Healthcare's website also provides a phone number to call if users do not have an access code. Enter a social security number and date of birth to complete the set up of the MyChart account.
