Can you apply for CareCredit online?

Online application is possible with CareCredit. After clicking the Apply button on the homepage, CareCredit brings users to a page where they may choose a doctor by name or profession and location. Users may then select a market in which to use the card.

In the application window, users must enter the estimated procedure amount and provide information such as Social Security number, address and full name. Users then provide their monthly net income. If the user has a joint applicant, the second person must also complete the online application. As soon as the user completes the application, CareCredit responds with either approval or denial.
