As of 2015, AllAreaCodes.com and Maps of World allow users to view and print area code maps free of charge. WhitePages allows users to view free area code maps of each state.

AllAreaCodes.com provides area code listings for the United States and Canada in map views of each country as well as of each state and province. It also offers a list of area codes by number.

Maps of World offers a map view of U.S. area codes. Selecting a specific state from a given list allows the user to see an area code map of that state.

WhitePages provides a U.S. map as well as a list of states. Clicking on the desired state brings the user to a state map showing the area codes.
