Ovencrafters sells blueprints for several sizes of brick pizza ovens as of 2015, including a unit that can bake up to 100 loaves of bread at a time. Free plans also are available from BrickWood Ovens.

The least expensive blueprint package offered by Ovencrafters contains plans for three different brick ovens. The smallest oven in that package has a cooking chamber that measures 24 by 30 inches. The largest, most expensive oven plan that Ovencrafters sells provides instructions for building a baking hearth that measures 72 by 96 inches. Plans from Ovencrafters are available in PDF format, and the number of pages included ranges from 24 to 43, depending on the plan.
