This bed is made exclusively for Sheraton, so it is not found in retail stores; one must order it from the Concierge Service Representatives or at the Sheraton At Home online store. It is also possible to purchase just the mattress. Shipping to most US addresses comes with a $225 fee, and it takes 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of the bed. The bed comes with a 10-year warranty.
